immediately. Seller reserves the right to have puppy re-examined by own

Seller at time of return. Though every effort is used by the
Seller to prevent situations where medical situations surface, it needs
to be understood that Bulldogs, like any other living life form, can
experience illness. Coccidia (an intestinal parasite)
and Infectious
Tracheobronchitis (Kennel
Cough) are two that can surface and are somewhat common when puppies
are shipped. These illnesses are normally caused by bacteria.
Both, as with any sign of concern, should be discussed with your
veterinarian. Full recovery can be expected with proper care
concerning those two.
There are
also certain disorders that may be caused by environmental or even
geographical factors such as allergies, thyroid dysfunction, and other
autoimmune disorders. These are also not covered by this guarantee.
Buyer is responsible for payment of all costs they (Buyer)
incurred involving puppy. Seller is not liable for any costs
acquired by Buyer. Accidental death or injury of the
puppy/dog
nullifies any responsibility of the Seller.
Buyer agrees to provide
proper care and
maintain a healthy caring environment for purchased puppy.
Bulldogs require
different needs than many Breeds of Dogs. They can and
will overheat fast
resulting in death. Never leave outdoors, in a vehicle, or in a home
unless proper
temperature control is utilized. Seller assumes
no responsibility on
the size or color of the dog from puppy through
its adult life. Puppies are not guaranteed to sire or whelp.
It is understood the puppy is of
pet quality
only.
Buyer is responsible for
all shipping cost
to and from required destinations. For any reason
this puppy can not be
cared for based on this guarantee, Buyer will return the healthy
puppy to Seller at
no cost to the Seller. “All
our Bulldogs are AKC registered. Pride, consideration, and sincere
thought are applied while raising
our Bulldogs.
Finding the best homes for our Bulldogs is always our
